Request for Information
Once it has been confirmed that the individual you are researching is buried in Hope Cemetery , you may continue with your inquiry by requesting further information.
Burial records available at the cemetery including lot cards, burial permits and burial registers may provide the following information:
- Date of death
- Date of birth
- Cause of death
- Funeral home
- Last place of residence
- Age at death in years, months, days
- Names of relations buried in the same lot
- Status as a veteran
Please be aware that not all of the above information may be available.
The fee for each individual research request is $25.00. Payment must accompany your request.
Genealogical requests will be answered by mail only . Please be advised that research may take from 2 to 4 weeks.
Upon special request, a non-professional digital photograph of the gravesite will be mailed or emailed for an additional fee of $25.00.
